About Namibia Insider

This website is operated by Wico Grobler, trading as Namibia Insider, based in Windhoek, Namibia. Contact hello@namibiainsider.travel. Namibia Insider is a trading name; this website does not represent it as an incorporated company.

How the service works

We discuss your travel ideas, help you consider an itinerary and introduce suitable suppliers. You enter into booking arrangements with, and pay, each supplier directly. Namibia Insider does not collect traveller booking payments under this model.

Our business model is to earn commissions from participating suppliers for agreed referrals. Supplier commissions are arranged separately with each participating supplier. An enquiry carries no obligation to book. Any separately chargeable planning service would be explained and agreed before work begins.

An enquiry is not a reservation

Submitting or emailing an enquiry does not reserve accommodation, transport or activities. A suggested itinerary does not guarantee availability or a price. Check the supplier's written quote, inclusions, dates, currency, taxes, payment schedule and cancellation terms before confirming.

Bookings, changes and cancellations

Suppliers issue their own confirmations and are responsible for delivering their booked services. Request booking changes, cancellations and refunds directly from the supplier named on your confirmation. We can help with communication, but cannot promise that a supplier will approve a change or refund.

Planning information

Destination descriptions and itinerary ideas are general planning information. Conditions, opening times, access and availability can change. Confirm practical details with the relevant supplier or official authority before travelling. Travellers remain responsible for arranging their documents, insurance and any health advice appropriate to their trip.

Responsibilities

We aim to provide clear information and handle enquiries with reasonable care. A supplier introduction does not transfer the supplier's obligations to Namibia Insider. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude responsibilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Concerns and complaints

For concerns about our planning or introduction service, email hello@namibiainsider.travel with your name, enquiry date and a brief explanation. For an issue during a booked stay or activity, contact the supplier promptly so it can respond.
